Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions
Effective July 30 2026
The governing terms for all equipment rented or arranged through BP Works. The customer accepts these terms by signing any rental document, requesting delivery, permitting use of the equipment, or paying any invoice.
Rental Protection Plan (RPP)
Effective July 30 2026
An optional program a customer may elect in connection with a rental. If elected and the fee is paid, BP waives certain claims against the customer for accidental physical damage to covered equipment during the rental period, subject to the deductible, conditions, and exclusions in the agreement.
Liability Acknowledgment
Effective July 30 2026
A continuing, standing acknowledgment executed by the customer that applies to every rental transaction with BP Works — equipment, tools, vehicles, containers, machinery, attachments, and related items.
